Stone Wash/Stone Grinding (STONE WASH): This process involves adding a certain size of pumice stone to the wash water, allowing it to grind against the fabric. The water level in the grinding tank is kept low, just enough to fully submerge the garments, ensuring good contact between the pumice and the fabric. A pre-wash or rinse can be done before stone grinding, or a rinse can follow after. Depending on customer requirements, different types of stones like yellow stone, white stone, AAA stone, artificial stone, or rubber balls can be used for washing to achieve various stone wash effects. The fabric surface will appear faded and worn, with garments showing mild to severe wear and tear.
