To achieve a clean and bright appearance, as well as a soft feel for garments, a bleach wash is necessary. After a regular rinse, the water temperature is raised to 60°C, and an appropriate amount of bleaching agent is added based on the color intensity, ensuring the colors match within 7-10 minutes. During the process, the direction of adding the bleaching agent should align with the drum's rotation to prevent localized bleaching. Before bleaching, the drum's water level should be slightly higher to allow for dilution. After the bleach wash, the remaining bleach is neutralized using baking soda (Na2CO3) or baking powder (NaHCO3), halting the bleaching process. Following a final rinse, detergent, optical brighteners, hydrogen peroxide, and other agents are added to the 50°C water for cleaning and pH neutralization, followed by softening treatment.
