Fabric Repair and Weaving Precautions:

1. Light, white, cotton-linen stretch, heavy flannel, and natural recovery fabrics: Avoid using hot air to blow away snake skin threads, instead, use tweezers to pull them from the reverse side to prevent leaving repair marks. 2. For fabric repair of foreign fibers, it should be done after the fabric is softened and before pre-shrinking to ensure there are no repair marks. 3. When blowing snake skin color onto dyed fabric, it should be done after the entire dyeing process is completed and before rolling, as the snake skin effect is best achieved then. 4. For dark cotton fabric, snake skin threads can be blown away with hot air; for coarse and thick fabric, avoid washing after blowing with hot air, as the snake skin threads may reappear. 5. After fabric is heat-set, unremovable foreign fibers will stick to the yarn, making it difficult to repair and prone to pilling or breaking after repair. 6. After涤棉 varieties are finished, foreign fibers are hard to remove, such as: after bleaching and picking out foreign fibers, the fabric surface may leave color stains; when dyeing, avoid using hot air to blow away foreign fibers, as the fabric is prone to shrinking and deformation.
