Recycled polyester fiber is produced by using waste polyester bottle flakes, spinning waste fibers, bubble materials, and pulp blocks as raw materials. The waste bottle flakes are first crushed and cleaned, and then the mixed materials are dried, melted, extruded, spun, coiled, drawn, crimped, heat-set, and finally cut into different lengths to form polyester short fibers. The length typically ranges from 30 to 150mm. Recycled polyester short fibers come in many specifications, from 2.5D to 20D, and are a充分利用 of recycled resources. They are highly marketable due to their low cost and good performance.
