Dots and spots may appear on the canvas; white powder is produced during yarn dyeing when the temperature exceeds 120°C. At this point, oligomers can dissolve in the dye bath and crystallize out of the solution, combining with the aggregated dye.

Dye spots and stains can form on the surface of machinery or fabric during cooling. Disperse dyeing typically requires a holding time of about 30 minutes at 130℃ to ensure depth and fastness of the color. Therefore, for lighter shades, a holding time of 30 minutes at 120℃ can be chosen, while darker shades must undergo pretreatment before dyeing. Additionally, dyeing under alkaline conditions is an effective method for addressing oligomers.
