The analysis of the cause for the holes caused by hydrogen peroxide bleaching:

(1) Pre-washing fabric stained with oil containing heavy metal ions such as copper and iron; or contact with copper and iron equipment during the bleaching process.

(2) High concentration of hydrogen peroxide, excessive steam sterilization time after bleaching, or use of overly hot steam.

(3) Prior to bleaching, if the greige cloth is silk-screened, due to insufficient and uneven rinsing after silk-screening, the fabric surface pH level becomes too high and局部 alkaline content is excessive.

(4) Incorrect stabilizer selection or poor stabilization effect of the stabilizer leads to accelerated decomposition of hydrogen peroxide.
