Spinning by vortex spinning utilizes a stationary vortex spinning tube to replace the high-speed rotating spinning bowl for yarn production, marking a new method of spinning. In a sense, vortex spinning is the true form of air jet spinning. The fiber strand is fed into the system by a cotton roller, opened into single fibers by a teasing roller, and then rapidly introduced into the vortex tube via the cotton delivery pipe, driven by the airflow. The vortex tube consists of a core tube and an outer tube. The outer tube has three tangential inlet ports, connected to a blower at the bottom. The blower continuously draws air through the tube, with outside air entering the vortex tube through the inlet ports, creating a swirling airflow. As the upward swirling airflow reaches the core tube, it merges with the fibers entering from the cotton delivery pipe, forming a cohesive fiber ring along the inner wall of the vortex tube, which rotates stably around the tube's axis at high speed, twisting the fibers into yarn. The yarn is continuously drawn out through the guide holes by a take-up roller and wound onto a bobbin.
