Airflow spinning does not use spindles, primarily relying on multiple components such as the carding roller, spinning cup, false twist device, and more. The carding roller is used to grab and comb the fibrous cotton batt, and its high-speed rotation generates centrifugal force to propel the fibers out. The spinning cup (a small metal cup) rotates at a speed 10 times faster than the carding roller, creating a centrifugal effect that expels air from within the cup. According to the principle of fluid pressure, this allows cotton fibers to enter the airflow cup and form a fiber stream, continuously moving along the cup's inner wall. At this point, a yarn head outside the cup draws out and connects the fibers from the inner wall, and with the cup's yarn tail rotating at high speed, it creates a piercing effect. This simulates feeding cotton fibers and搓捏 yarn while connecting the yarn to the fibers inside the cup. Under the winding tension of the bobbin, the yarn is continuously elongated and output, completing the airflow spinning process.
