Silk cotton yarn

Double Silk Cotton refers to fabric that has undergone the mercerization process in alkali, which can also be cotton yarn that has been mercerized and then woven into cotton cloth, followed by another mercerization process.

The silky cotton feels softer than regular cotton, boasts better color and luster, enhanced drape, wrinkle resistance, strength, and color fastness. The fabric is crisp, and it's less prone to pilling.

Satin cotton is typically made from high-count cotton or long-staple cotton.

Crafted with high-quality cotton, a portion is also made from regular low-grade cotton, which feels good to the touch. When purchasing, pay attention to the fineness of the yarn and the weaving density. Yarn that is too thick and low density, with wavy lines, indicates low-end fabric.
