The phenomenon involves localized creasing damage on the fabric surface due to poor dyeing and finishing or voltage treatment processes. These creases cannot be eliminated through ironing and become pronounced folds. (Creases that flatten when tension is applied to the fabric surface are considered folds and not defects.)

Causes: 1. The fabric to be dye-sublimated had developed creases during the pretreatment process, which were not fully eliminated during the setting. 2. The expansion device during dyeing and finishing failed to open up the creases in the fabric. 3. Poor seams between rolls, with皱缩或不整齐的现象.
