Color spots and stains appear on the canvas; white powder is produced during yarn dyeing.

At temperatures exceeding 120°C, oligomers can dissolve in the dye bath and crystallize out of the solution, binding with the aggregated dyes.

Deposits that form spots or stains on the surface of machinery or fabric during cooling can cause defects. Disperse dyeing typically occurs at around 130°C.

Heating for about 30 minutes is necessary to ensure the depth and fastness of the dyeing. Therefore, the solution is that light colors can be chosen to be heated at 120℃.

Insulate for 30 minutes; pre-treatment is required for dark colors before dyeing. Additionally, dyeing under alkaline conditions is also a solution for oligomers.
