Surface of fabric develops color spots and stains; yarn dyeing produces white powder.

When the temperature exceeds 120°C, oligomers can dissolve in the dye bath and crystallize out of the solution, combining with the aggregated dyes.

Dye spots or stains can form on the surface of machinery or fabric during cooling. Disperse dyeing, typically conducted at around 130℃.

Insulation for about 30 minutes is required to ensure the depth and durability of the dye. Therefore, the solution is that light colors can be chosen at 120℃.

Insulate for 30 minutes; pre-treatment is required for dark colors before dyeing. Additionally, dyeing under alkaline conditions is also a solution for oligomers.
