Common Issues with Composite Fabrics:

1. Fabric Color: 1) The adhesive process, heat pressing, and drying stages can affect fabric color. 2) For fabrics with a light-colored face and a dark-colored back, the叠加 color of the back fabric can significantly influence the face fabric color. 2. Water Wash Separation/Bubbling: After fabric lamination, poor bonding can lead to localized separation or bubbling during water washing. 3. Creasing: Thin, non-elastic face fabrics with a thick knitted back fabric tend to crease upon folding. 4. Water Washed Tree-Cut Creases: When the shrinkage difference between the face and back fabrics is over 3 points and there is a significant thickness variation, the composite fabric will exhibit tree-cut creases due to differential shrinkage during washing. 5. Bleeding Adhesive: In woven fabrics with light colors and thin textures, visible adhesive spots can be seen on the fabric surface after the adhesive has matured. 6. Excess Adhesive: In loosely woven and hard-hand fabrics, there is a tendency for adhesive to seep out of the fabric surface. 7. Color Highlights in Light-colored Fabrics: White fabrics, especially woolen materials, can have color threads and fabric defects become particularly prominent after lamination due to the contrasting backing. 8. Contamination in Lamination: During the PU lamination process, impurities (such as hair, fiber shreds, etc.) can easily be introduced into the adhesive, becoming visible on the fabric surface when used for light-colored fabrics. 9. Rolled Edges: When elastic and non-elastic fabrics are bonded and the elastic fabric is thicker, improper control of fabric tension during lamination can result in rolled edges.
