Fabric Repair Precautions: 1. For light-colored, white, cotton-spandex, heavy napped, and natural-rebound fabrics, avoid using hot air to blow off snake skin threads; instead, use tweezers to pull them from the reverse side to prevent leaving repair marks. 2. Repairing fabric for foreign fibers should be done after the fabric is softened and before pre-shrinking to ensure no repair marks are left. 3. Blowing snake skin threads on dyed fabrics should be done after the entire dyeing process is completed and before rolling, as the effect is better. 4. For dark cotton fabrics, snake skin threads can be blown off with hot air; for coarse and thick fabric, avoid water washing after blowing with hot air, as the snake skin threads may reappear. 5. Fabrics that have been through high-temperature steaming may have stubborn foreign fibers stuck to the yarns, making repair difficult; post-repair, they are prone to pilling or breaking. 6. After the涤棉 variety is finished, it is difficult to remove foreign fibers, such as: after bleaching and picking out foreign fibers, the fabric surface may leave color stains; try not to use hot air to remove foreign fibers in dyeing, as the fabric is prone to shrinkage and deformation.
