Some Basic Management Matters to Note for Mixed Fiber Blends
1. Prior to blending synthetic fibers, a fiber dyeing contrast test or whiteness test must be conducted on the raw materials. Adhere to the principle of using the oldest stock first, and apply this to the synthetic fiber materials produced first. When there are significant differences in dyeing or whiteness among batches, a batch change is required. For small-lot varieties, materials should be统筹arranged and mixed in one batch. For cotton fibers,严格控制maturity and batch differences to ensure that the mixed cotton's specifications and color are consistent. Regularly test the fiber blending ratio to promptly monitor the blending status.2. During the cleaning process, attention should be paid to improving the unevenness rate of the rolls and controlling the longitudinal and lateral unevenness of the cotton rolls. Key actions include: increasing the operating efficiency of individual machines, ensuring the normal height and density of the cotton boxes. Properly adjust the stroke of the grab bag machine's punch, the photoelectric position of the individual cotton box, the opening position of the baffle, the spacing between the corner nails of the cotton box and the even cotton roller, and the speed of the punch to ensure the sensitivity and effectiveness of the photoelectric device and the guqin adjustment device. Regularly check the roller distance parameters from the cleaning balance to the comprehensive punch to ensure uniform fiber pickup by the comprehensive punch. Conduct inspections and maintenance of the automatic leveling device to ensure effective use and avoid uneven rolling weights. The workshop should regularly weigh the rolled weights, control the rate of good rolls, and reduce the unevenness in the weight of the rolls.3. The cotton ball workers must diligently make rounds, paying close attention to the labeling of mixed fibers. Production should not proceed without labels, and if any missing components are found, the machine should be stopped immediately. The remaining cotton should be piled into a cotton unit and repackaged. The carding stoppers must strictly adhere to the variety identification requirements when using cotton rolls and ensure that labels are clear and not misused. Different varieties of returned fibers and strips from adjacent machines should be clearly separated, stored, and returned. Completed rolls on the stoppage should be promptly sent to other machines for production.4. Weavers must strictly adhere to the requirements for yarn counts during the production process, and it is strictly prohibited to have excessive or insufficient counts. Any irregularities in yarn thickness should be reported and addressed promptly. When changing yarn types, ensure that the different types are clearly distinguished. Follow the cycle for testing and quantifying yarn, adjusting for any imbalance in weight promptly to ensure accurate control of the blending ratio and long piece weight. Regularly inspect the photoelectric automatic stop device for yarn twisting, and address any issues immediately to prevent malfunctions and production of yarn with missing counts.5. For blended fiber spinning, it is generally the case that there are many types of raw materials and various waste fibers. The selection of blending processes should focus on facilitating raw material management in the workshop and the reuse of waste fibers to reduce costs.High tenacity yarn, low tenacity yarn, untwisted yarn, high strength yarn,涡流纺yarn, reverse twist yarn, bamboo yarn, and other "specialized, refined, unique, and new" yarn varieties. Offering premium cotton (BCI), organic cotton (GOTS, OCS), recycled cotton, polyester (GRS), African cotton, Pima cotton, US cotton yarns, and certificates. Hard-to-find yarns, we have in stock.
