However, the blending process must have both good uniformity in the weight of the slivers and reasonable determination of the blending and spinning techniques to reduce uneven mixing.Improving the uniformity of yarn weight is the foundation for reducing yarn blending variability and achieving evenness.Enhance combing efficiency, facilitate the optimal transfer of fibers, and improve the cotton web structure.The carding process requires the use of card clothing to enhance the separation of fibers, improving the straightness and parallelism of the fibers and the clarity of the cotton web. Determine the appropriate speed ratio between the cylinder and the cylinder, maintain a higher cylinder speed, reduce the cylinder speed, and promote a good transfer of fibers from the cylinder needle face to the cylinder needle face, reducing the return of fibers from the cylinder and effectively reducing cotton lumps and improving the cotton web structure.
