Common issues and solutions in post-dyeing finishing:

1. Underweight; consider using a傻瓜增重助剂 for later processing or pre-shrinking for reinforcement. 2. Exceeding shrinkage rate; rework, stretching, and adjust pre-shrinking. 3. Incorrect color; for colors that do not match the confirmed sample, coordinate with the dyeing factory for color rework. 4. Pre-shrinking wrinkle; re-stretch with clean water, and rework pre-shrinking. 5. Weave slant exceeds standard; upon discovering weave slant, rework back according to the degree of excess, and adjust clean stretching, weft straightening, and pre-shrinking. 6. Bleached fabric; for light colors with color spots or oil stains: 1) For oil stains, use degreaser, wash with water; hand wash oil. 2) For color spots, make a small sample first, check if they can be washed off; if rework is not possible, change color.
