Color-textured fabrics require higher yarn strength, but for the increasing demand for cotton crease-resistant fabrics, the yarn strength requirements are 30-50% higher than standard yarns. This is because during the crease-resistant finishing process, the fabric's strength is reduced by about 50%. Only when the original yarn strength is sufficiently high can there be room for the fabric's strength reduction to meet customer requirements. It is worth noting that when we refer to single yarn strength, we generally mean average strength. In fact, when using original yarns, we pay special attention to low strength. The performance of a batch of original yarns during use is not determined by the quality of good yarns but by the poor quality yarns within the batch.
