The feature of the twill weave is that the weft floats are arranged in a stepped manner, either in the warp direction or the weft direction, creating continuous diagonal lines on the fabric surface. Each warp thread moves in the same way, but starts at a different point.
Characteristics: The twill weave is divided into warp face, weft face, and double-faced twill. When the warp points dominate the fabric surface, such as in a 2/1 twill, it is a warp face twill; conversely, when the weft points dominate, like in a 1/3 twill, it is a weft face twill. The reverse of the warp face twill is the weft face twill, but with the opposite direction. Both sides have the same ratio of weave points but opposite directions, known as double-faced twill. The inclination of the twill lines varies as well; the angle of inclination of the twill weave is represented by the angle α between the twill line and the horizontal line. As α increases, it indicates a higher warp density and steeper lines. Twills with α > 45° are called acute twills, those with α < 45° are called mild twills, and when α = 45°, it signifies equal warp and weft densities. Twill weaves have fewer interlacing points than plain weaves, have float length, and produce a softer, thicker fabric with better luster, though less durable than plain weave fabrics. The clarity and prominence of the twill lines on the surface can be achieved by selecting the twist direction and the ratio of warp to weft densities, resulting in either clear and distinct lines or full and prominent, even and straight patterns. Common twill fabrics include plain twill, gabardine, crisp cotton twill, and velvety woolen twills.

High twisted yarn, low twisted yarn, untwisted yarn, high strength yarn, vortex spun, anti-twist yarn, and bamboo yarn, among other "specialized, refined, unique, and innovative" yarn varieties. Offering quality cotton (BCI), organic cotton (GOTS, OCS), recycled cotton, polyester (GRS), African cotton, Pima cotton, U.S. cotton yarns, and certifications.
