The cause of "color stain" issues on fabric surfaces: Color stains refer to colored spots with regular or irregular shapes and sizes, generally similar in color to the dyeing fabric, appearing on dyed fabrics.

The causes of color stains and defects generally fall into the following three aspects:

The Coagulation of Dyes: Due to direct collisions between dye molecules, they aggregate into larger dye clusters (also known as dye aggregates). These larger dye clusters deposit onto the fabric during the dyeing process, resulting in color stain defects. During the coloring (or fixation) stage of dyeing, a strong attraction occurs between dye molecules, leading to dye aggregation, which can also cause color stain defects. These defects are characterized by their distributed and irregular nature.

The Tarification of Dyes: The tarification of dyes refers to the process where dye particles coalesce with surfactants to form a coal tar-like substance under high-temperature conditions.

Contamination of fabric by color淀: During the dyeing process, improper handling and foaming of auxiliaries often result in color淀 floating on the surface of the dye bath. If these color淀 are not treated and carried onto the fabric by the dye foam, they can cause sticky stains. For instance, when using Haichang Blue sulfur dyes for yarn dyeing, excessive foam during the dyeing process, coupled with vigorous stirring, can cause blue foam to be wound into the fabric rolls, adhering to the fabric and forming stains.
