I. Application Scope
This series of vibrators is widely used in the vibration construction of various plastic, semi-dry, and dry concrete in industries such as construction, transportation, ports, and metallurgy. It is essential for the construction of concrete structures like slabs, road surfaces, floors, and roofs, and serves as an indispensable tool in concrete construction. It can also be used as a vibration source for various vibration tables and equipment, such as casting, screening, loading, and feeding machinery.
2. Operating Principle
The working principle of the external vibrator is as shown in Figure 1. At both ends of the vibration motor shaft, one or two eccentric blocks are installed. As the motor rotates, the eccentric blocks rotate around the central axis, generating centrifugal force, thereby creating vibration.

Five: Maintenance and Care
Vibrators should be handled gently during transportation and operation to prevent damage from impact.
2. The casing exterior should be kept clean to prevent hindering the motor's heat dissipation.
3. If abnormal sounds, unusual vibrations, or a burning odor are detected while the vibrator is in operation, immediately disconnect the power and shut down for inspection.
4. The roller bearing grease uses 3# calcium-based grease. Note to clean regularly; replace after the vibrator operates for 150-200 hours. Avoid applying too much; a third of the bearing cavity is sufficient to prevent overheating.
5. Regularly inspect the wear of bearings, oil seals, and other vulnerable parts. If any issues are found, they must be replaced promptly.
