详情描述
The vibration anti-blocking device, commonly known as a bin wall vibration unit, is used to induce high-frequency vibration in the inclined walls of the discharging section of a material bin, silo, or hopper to prevent the formation of arches, tubular passages, or sticking on the bin walls, ensuring smooth flow of materials. The device guarantees the unobstructed discharge of materials from bins, silos, or hoppers. Owing to its simple structure, strong anti-blocking capability, low energy consumption, long service life, and adjustable excitation force, the vibration anti-blocking device is now widely used in industries such as coal, metallurgy, refractory materials, power generation, ports, and railway transportation.
Based on the different types of vibration anti-blockage devices, there are two types of vibration anti-blockage devices:
The TZF vibration anti-blocking device is designed for bin made of full steel plate. The vibration motor is rigidly connected to the stand with bolts, and the stand is directly welded to the steel outer wall of the bin's discharging section.
TZF vibration plates are used for concrete silos or steel structural silos with reinforced ribs. These silos cannot be directly vibrated by the vibration motor, so vibration plates need to be added to the inner wall of the silo. To enhance the vibration effect, the vibration anti-blocking device's vibration plates are only fastened to the silo wall with bolts at the top. Vibrator plates are welded onto the vibration plates. To secure the vibration plates, holes should be drilled and steel pipes pre-buried with bolts for fixation should be installed in the concrete silo walls.
Structure and Working Principle:
The structure is as shown in Figure 1. It consists of two parts: the vibration motor (1) and the base (2). The vibration motor and the base are tightly fastened together with bolts. As the base is firmly mounted on the bin wall, this forms a single-point directional forced vibration system.
