VBCB series three-phase asynchronous vibration motors, compared to conventional vibration motors, eliminate the complex motor base of the vibration machinery. The motor is directly mounted on the side plate of the vibration machinery, enabling it to achieve circular or linear motion. It also reduces the weight of the vibration machinery, decreases the body rigidity requirements, reduces energy consumption, facilitates installation and maintenance, offers a high single-motor excitation force, and has a long lifespan (up to 10,000 hours).

It is widely used in industries such as power, construction materials, coal, chemicals, mining, metallurgy, light industry, and casting, primarily for large-scale screening equipment. Due to its unique features, it can gradually replace other types of excitation sources like shaft eccentric and block eccentric, while providing a new and reliable excitation source for large-scale vibration machinery.
