Specific lubrication methods: apply lubricating oil to the fastening parts every two months; replace the oil in the reducer every 50 days, and then once every 2000 hours; ensure the oil level reaches the center of the oil mark.

2. After the machine is used or stopped, remove the rotating drum for cleaning and brush out the remaining powder from the hopper. Then, secure it properly for next use.

3. Regularly inspect machine components. Regularly check the performance of conveyors, packaging roll materials, the integrity of packaging machine parts, and whether screws are loose, among other issues.

4. Regular use of the granule packaging machine can lead to dust and other waste materials contaminating the machine.
