Performance:

Microcomputer control is used, where an induction signal is processed and set by the microcomputer to synchronize the operation of two stepper motors. Bag length, feeding position, feeding speed, positioning, automatic fault diagnosis, and display on the screen.

Features:

Bagging, cutting, inflating, counting, sealing, coding, limited stoppage, and fixed-package cutting are all automatically completed in a series of actions.

Application:

This machine is suitable for quantitative packaging of powders, granular materials, and mixed substances, including powdered snacks, infant formula, glucose powder, industrial chemicals, flavorings, fertilizers, organic fertilizers, daily chemicals, laundry detergents, flour, and feed, among other powdered products, for automatic packaging.

Packaging Materials:

Polyester/Polyethylene, nylon composite film, reinforced composite film, BOPP, and other heat-sealable packaging materials.
