The main reasons for the uneven paving of plastic trackball fields are that the following points were not paid attention to during construction:
The base surface of the plastic sports field exhibits poor flatness, with uneven indentations and protrusions.
During the application of adhesive for plastic flooring, the operator's hand movements vary in pressure, resulting in a noticeable wavy pattern on the applied adhesive.
When applying plastic sports fields, the diluent in the adhesive has evaporated, resulting in poor fluidity of the adhesive, making it difficult to spread evenly during application, causing the surface layer to form a wavy pattern. To prevent this quality issue, the following points must be addressed:
We strictly control the surface flatness of the base layer, and surfaces with an unevenness greater than ±2mm require smoothing treatment.
In the application of adhesive, use toothed blades for刮coating to ensure a thin and even layer. During the coating process, the scraping direction on the base and the adhesive surface of the rubber track or playing field should be crisscrossed to achieve an even distribution of the adhesive layer during the surface laying.
Construction should be conducted at temperatures between 15-30 degrees Celsius and relative humidity not exceeding 70%.
