When it comes to sports flooring, many might immediately think of synthetic tracks. However, beyond the common synthetic tracks in our lives, there are numerous types of sports flooring designed to cater to various athletic activities.
1. Artificial Turf
Artificial turf is categorized into injection-molded and woven artificial turf based on production technology. Injection-molded artificial turf utilizes the injection molding process, where plastic granules are formed into shape in molds in one go. The bending technique is then employed to bend the turf, ensuring that the grass blades are evenly and regularly spaced with uniform height. It is suitable for kindergartens, sports fields, balconies, landscaping, and sand gold applications.
Our synthetic fiber woven grass is implanted into a woven base fabric, coated with a fixing layer on the back for use as artificial turf on sports fields, recreational areas, golf courses, garden pavements, and green spaces.
2. Acrylic Flooring
Acrylic flooring materials offer several advantages over other flooring options, such as epoxy, polyurethane, and silicone PU, including their eco-friendliness, excellent weather and aging resistance, low tendency to peel off, and short construction periods. Consequently, they are widely used in various applications, including sports court surfaces, grandstand floors, and outdoor areas requiring superior weather resistance.
3. Silicon PU sports court flooring
PU elastic sports fields are composed of elastic base material, wear-resistant surface material, surface paint, and line marking. They can be installed on concrete or asphalt bases after being treated with a base treatment agent. The coated material features good leveling, a seamless overall film, appropriate elasticity, and hardness. It provides excellent ball speed and feel.
The sports field surface is available in various colors upon request, and is treated with a matte finish and anti-slip coating before being marked. Once formed, the playing field not only provides a visual delight but also enhances the environment aesthetically.
4.塑胶跑道
The plastic track has a granular structure and is non-porous. It is constructed using sports field PU paint for the base material, with trivalent ethylene propylene rubber granules sprinkled on the surface.
The runway's synthetic surface layer boasts high physical resilience and wear resistance, capable of withstanding various extreme weather conditions. It exhibits excellent weather resistance, enduring prolonged exposure to sunlight, rain, and freezing temperatures. Suitable for all-day use, this type of synthetic track is widely preferred for Olympic-level competitions due to its broad application range, although it is relatively expensive.
5. Floating Modular Flooring
Due to the use of mature high-strength polypropylene eco-friendly materials in the floating interlocking floor tiles, the issue of floor expansion and contraction with temperature changes is effectively resolved.
Additionally, the floors feature stable surface friction. UV inhibitors are added to each plank to ensure the floors do not fade under prolonged sunlight exposure. The suspended structure design, combined with a robust reinforced support foot structure, provides excellent vertical shock absorption. The non-slip surface effectively prevents sports-related injuries, and the good ball rebound and speed ensure optimal floor performance.
It is suitable for constructing high-performance basketball courts, tennis courts, five-a-side football pitches, inline skating rinks, ping pong courts, as well as multi-functional courts for volleyball and badminton.
