In the daily operation of the fully automatic bending machine equipment, attention should be paid to and protected against the following details locally to enhance the performance of the bending machine and improve product quality. During our daily processing and use of the fully automatic bending machine equipment, as it utilizes servo control for the processing, the equipment should place greater emphasis on electrical maintenance. Under the same circuit, it is advisable to avoid using direct current for power supply, such as in welding machines.

Each recommendation and application of the welding machine consumes a significant amount of electricity, causing instability in the voltage of the CNC bending machine, potentially resulting in inaccurate angles during bending processing and servo drive malfunctions, which may damage the electrical components of the CNC bending machine.

During the normal bending process of CNC bending machines, the use of lubricants should be emphasized to prevent long-term dry wear of the equipment. Ensure that the servo drive area is clean and tidy. When replacing bending tubes or changing the bending shape, attention should be paid to prevent mechanical interference. Under manual operation, adjust each point to ensure there is no interference. When familiar with the CNC bending machine, immediately turn off the power after shutdown to reduce wear and tear, and then program operations based on the actual situation.
