Equipment Usage
HanKou Electric Furnace Co. develops and produces vacuum variable pressure low-temperature carburizing furnaces. This series of products can perform ultra-low temperature carburizing on precision parts like stainless steel precision valve tips and washers at temperatures below 500°C, effectively reducing issues such as carburization deformation in components.
Primarily used for carbon nitriding of metallic materials to enhance surface hardness, wear resistance, and fatigue strength. This equipment integrates vacuum and variable pressure technologies, enabling an efficient carbon nitriding process at lower temperatures.

1. Vacuum Environment: Carbon nitriding in a vacuum environment effectively removes oxides and other impurities from the workpiece surface, ensuring the quality of the carbonitriding layer.
