Equipment Usage
The RN2 series of well-type gas nitriding furnaces are high-energy-saving batch process industrial electric furnaces. They are used for the heat treatment of gas nitriding on various steel mechanical parts, automotive camshafts, motorcycle brake pads, molds, and more.
Our vacuum nitrogen nitriding furnaces are primarily used for various nitriding processes, including nitriding + post-oxidation corrosion-resistant nitriding, hard nitriding, nitrocarburizing soft nitriding, high-temperature rapid nitriding, and ultra-low-temperature deformation prevention nitriding.
Performance Features
RN2 Series Nitriding Furnaces feature energy-saving lining with double-water-cooled furnace cover, vacuum rubber seal, and upper/lower or multi-zone temperature control. They significantly enhance the furnace's insulation, temperature uniformity, sealing, and nitrogen infiltration rate, with the furnace design conforming to international standards.
Utilizing the latest energy-saving and environmentally friendly high-vacuum furnace sealing technology, the furnace pressure is high, and the nitrogen infiltration rate is fast.

Professional Design
Continuously nitrogenize each part uniformly, ensuring all upper, middle, and lower parts come into contact with fresh, active nitrogen atoms. This results in a highly dense and uniform nitrided layer and bright layer, eliminating the layered pancake and tree ring defects commonly found in traditional nitriding furnaces, thus extending the lifespan of nitrided workpieces. After 6-8S decay, the inactive waste nitrogen is promptly exhausted through the exhaust port, and a fire is lit to burn off the exhaust gases.

Structure Overview
Shell of Furnace: The outer shell of this series of井式 gas nitriding furnace is made of steel plates and shaped steel welded together, ensuring a sturdy and reliable structure.
Furnace Lining Structure: The insulation layer of the furnace lining is composed of high-pressure full-fiber installation, utilizing high-grade, high-purity ceramic fiber materials. It offers rapid heating and effectively implements various heat treatment processes. The small nitrogenation furnace is constructed with lightweight, high-strength, energy-saving refractory bricks. The outer layer of the furnace lining is interposed with aluminum silicate fiber, and interspersed with expanded insulation powder.
Heating Element: The heating material of the equipment is made into a wavy shape from a high-temperature, wide-type resistive tape, with the heating elements evenly distributed by AI intelligent calculation. The small furnace body uses high-temperature resistance wire coiled into a spiral shape and installed on the support bricks of the furnace lining.
Vacuum Pot: The furnace is equipped with a stainless steel vacuum pot, ensuring uniform temperature and atmosphere inside the nitriding furnace. The furnace lid is fitted with sampling tubes, exhaust pipes, and a pot, which is sealed to the lid using water-cooled vacuum rubber and equipped with tension screws. Waste gases from the gas nitriding furnace are expelled outside through the exhaust pipe.

Control System
Equipped with a precise microcomputer program-controlled three-zone (upper, middle, lower) temperature control system, which automatically adjusts the temperatures of the upper, middle, and lower sections. Particularly when the weight of the material in the upper, middle, and lower sections is inconsistent, the system can automatically balance energy supply and demand among the three zones, ensuring uniform and constant temperatures across all sections. Accompanied by a touch screen heat treatment process automation temperature control cabinet.
