Horizontal vacuum annealing furnace, a versatile industrial furnace developed by Hankou Furnace Co. with multiple proprietary technologies, can be used in conjunction with heat treatment production lines. It features easy installation and efficient operation, and is the new generation of high-precision vacuum annealing furnace. Mainly used for vacuum annealing, bright annealing, and vacuum heating of various mechanical parts and metalwork.

Furnace Type Overview

The equipment housing is made into a square furnace body with shaped steel and steel plates, featuring a fixed horizontal structure. It can also be equipped with an electrically powered trolley for easy loading and unloading, making the process more efficient. An automatic protection vacuum pot is installed, paired with a scroll-type vacuum pump, and equipped with protection atmosphere inlet and outlet interfaces. The microcomputer process automatically controls the vacuum annealing process with a temperature control accuracy of ±1°C.
