The RG2 series high-temperature roller furnace is a semi-cyclic operation roller industrial furnace. Han口 Electric Furnace's professionally manufactured high-temperature roller furnaces are technologically advanced and performance stable, primarily used for high-temperature heat treatment of batch-produced metal parts such as ball bearings, roller bearings, and thin steel sheets.

Structure Overview

The series of equipment features a square furnace body similar to that of a common drum furnace. The furnace lining is insulated with full-height aluminum silicate fiber composite material, providing significant energy and electricity savings. The heating elements are made of 0Cr27Al7Mo2 high-temperature resistance alloy and are arranged around the drum furnace chamber. The furnace pot is made of imported high-temperature stainless steel in a cylindrical shape. It is rotated by a motor and reducer, with a speed controller allowing for free adjustment of the speed to ensure uniform heating of the workpieces inside the drum furnace. After heat treatment, the color is consistent. The heat treatment temperature of the high-temperature drum furnace can reach 950 degrees, and the specially designed and developed drum furnace can reach a maximum temperature of 1200 degrees.
