Equipment Usage
The 1000℃ medium temperature electrode salt bath furnace is a periodic operation industrial furnace used to heat metal workpieces for heat treatment processes such as annealing and non-oxidation heating in a molten salt medium for electrode melting, with operating temperatures ranging from 850 to 1000°C.

Structure Overview
The furnace body and hearth: The outer shell is焊接 from angle steel and steel plates into a square structure, equipped with a salt trough to prevent leakage of molten salt, the inner lining is made of steel plates, which can be lifted out for repair if the salt trough is damaged.
Electrodes: The electrodes are inserted from the side of the salt tank bottom, featuring a professional embedded electrode structure to extend their service life and prevent short-circuiting between the electrodes. Additionally, a specially designed water-cooling jacket is included to prevent salt leakage due to long-term use.
Temperature Control System: Supplied with the salt bath furnace is an electric furnace control cabinet for regulating the temperature of the salt solution. The control cabinet is equipped with a temperature indicator and a temperature controller, connected to a thermocouple immersed in the salt tank via compensating wire, which can indicate, record, and automatically adjust the temperature.

Operating Principle
Medium-temperature electrode salt bath furnace utilizes salt for heating. Since salt is non-conductive in its solid state, the furnace generates continuous heat through the conductive molten salt when electrodes are used. The electrodes ensure the molten salt circulates continuously via natural convection and electromagnetic stirring, allowing for rapid and uniform heating of the workpiece.
