Equipment Usage
The ZRJ3 series vacuum degassing furnace is a professional product of our company, a controlled atmosphere high uniform temperature vacuum heat treatment equipment, formally known as a vacuum degassing protective atmosphere multifunctional furnace. It is mainly used in the precision parts bright annealing heat treatment for aerospace and aviation aircraft manufacturing, as well as for the non-oxidation and non-decarbonization heating, quenching, annealing, tempering, and spheroidizing annealing of precision machine parts in the automotive accessories industry. It can also be used in the non-oxidation bright annealing of copper materials in the non-ferrous metal industry.

Structure Overview
1. Furnace Body: Primarily composed of steel sheets rolled into a well-type furnace shell, and the furnace structure is assembled by welding shaped steel.
2. Lining: Utilizes energy-saving composite fiber or full-fiber high-pressure module insulation layer, demonstrating significant energy and electricity saving effects.
3. Electric heating elements: Utilize high-temperature-resistant alloy resistive elements, with a service life of up to 5 years.
4. Vacuum罐: Made from imported high-temperature resistant stainless steel sheets, automatically sealed with large-scale X-ray inspection.
5. Furnace Lid: Equipped with a stainless steel insulated lid and sealed with a double water-cooled vacuum rubber seal.
6. Vacuum Fan: Install a vacuum-sealed stainless steel fan to maintain stable internal tank air pressure and uniform temperature.

Configuration Features
The furnace can be equipped with a cooling system, which extracts hot nitrogen from the furnace and connects it to the cold nitrogen tank for quick cooling cycle system.
The vacuum furnace panel is equipped with vacuum pump ports, gas supply interfaces, and a vacuum pressure gauge.
The pre-evacuation furnace is equipped with multi-zone temperature control and multiple microcomputer-programmed temperature controls. It automatically displays the actual furnace temperature, calculates the temperature gradient value and set value, provides over-temperature alarms, and automatically records the process curve. The temperature control accuracy is ±1°C.
