Equipment Usage

The RJ3 series low-temperature well-type furnace is a new standard energy-saving periodic industrial furnace with uniform tempering temperature and high temperature control accuracy. It is mainly used for heat treatment processes such as tempering and annealing of metal materials and metal components, as well as for steel annealing, aluminum alloy, light alloy quenching, solution treatment, and aging treatment.

Structure Overview

1. The low-temperature well furnace structure is similar to the internationally standard well furnace, with a cylindrical furnace body made of steel plates and sections.

2. The interior of the furnace lid is made of stainless steel plate. The furnace lining is constructed with lightweight, energy-saving refractory insulation bricks.

3. The interlayer of the furnace lining and shell is insulated with high-pressure ceramic fiber, with the remaining gaps filled with expanded insulation powder.

4. Resistance wire is installed around the furnace chamber using 0Cr25A15 high-resistance alloy wire or resistance tape.

5. The furnace lid features manual or electric lifting.

6. The furnace chamber is equipped with stainless steel wire mesh guards and stainless steel loading baskets.

7. Equipped with an automatic temperature control cabinet and thermocouple upon factory shipment.

8. To ensure even heating of the workpieces, a thermal air circulation blower is installed on the furnace lid, consisting of a heat-resistant stainless steel shaft and fan blades. During the heating process, hot air circulates up and down within the pit furnace to guarantee uniform heating of the workpieces.

Safety Configuration

Limit switches are installed near the lifting mechanism for operational safety. These switches are interlocked with the power supply of the furnace control cabinet. Power is connected when the furnace cover is closed. Upon opening the furnace cover, the limit switch immediately disconnects the control power, thereby simultaneously cutting off the power supply to the heating elements to ensure safe operation.
