Equipment Application

High-precision high-temperature box furnaces are industrial furnaces manufactured to meet aviation industry standards, designed for precision heat treatment applications. They are primarily used in the aerospace industry, space technology, national research institutes, and high-precision manufacturing for precision heat treatment and are widely chosen in the international aviation manufacturing sector.

Structure Overview

1. Furnace Body: This series of high-precision high-temperature box furnace has a square structure, with the shell constructed from steel plates and shaped steel焊接.

2. Lining: The material uses a new technology ceramic fiber high-pressure module energy-saving lining.

3. Heating Elements: High-alumina refractory fixtures are installed with resistance band heating elements, placed on the support bricks on both walls of the furnace and on the furnace bottom.

4. Furnace Door: The lifting and lowering are achieved through the transmission of an electric motor, worm gear reducer, and chain and sprocket, and are braked by an electromagnetic brake.

Safety Configuration

The upper part of the furnace door features a circuit breaker, which automatically shuts off the power to the high-temperature box furnace upon opening to ensure the safety of the operator.

Temperature Control System

At least three thermocouple holes are located on the furnace top. During operation, insert the thermocouples into the furnace chamber, and control the box furnace temperature and over-temperature protection through the temperature control cabinet.

To enhance uniformity in furnace temperature, the high-precision box furnace employs at least three-zone heating, with heating elements arranged according to the even-temperature wire layout method. To compensate for heat loss at the furnace mouth, the heating element arrangement ranges differ for Zones I, II, and III. This ensures that the box furnace maintains consistent temperature uniformity across the three zones during both heating and temperature maintenance processes.

Box furnace with microcomputer three-zone programmable automatic temperature control cabinet, utilizing at least three microcomputers for high-precision automatic temperature control of the three zones and operation control of the furnace door, primarily for automatic control and recording of the furnace temperature.
