The Fuel-Gas Direct Combustion Hot Air Furnace is primarily composed of a burner and a combustion chamber. Compared to coal and biomass hot air furnaces, this furnace produces cleaner flue gas with higher purity and a higher fuel combustion rate, as well as higher control accuracy. The equipped intelligent controller features automatic temperature control, over-temperature alarms, and abnormal protection alarms, allowing for remote monitoring via mobile phone. The operation is safe and reliable. The fuel-gas direct combustion hot air furnace uses a burner to combust fuel directly, producing high-temperature flue gas mixed with air to generate a gas at 900°C, with a thermal efficiency of over 95%. It can be matched with various drying equipment, directly heating and drying or roasting materials through high-purification processing. The fuel consumption is approximately half that of steam or other indirect heating systems, while maintaining the quality of the dried products. The direct combustion hot air furnace is widely used in industries such as chemical raw materials, magnetic materials, building materials, food, grain drying towers, and fine chemicals.
