The WNS1-1.0-YQ Full-Automatic Fuel and Gas Steam Boiler employs a horizontal three-pass wet-back structure, enhancing the boiler's operating environment and improving its efficiency and service life. All flue channels are submerged in water, with a finned tube condenser and insulated jacket design at the tail. The smoke box is sealed with a labyrinthine structure, preventing smoke leakage. The internal and external cylinders feature a combination of a corrugated furnace tube with expansion properties and a conical furnace tube, with the furnace tube size combined with flame expansion. This reduces the flue gas flow area sequentially, ensuring uniform flow of flue gas, guaranteeing sufficient heat exchange time for high-temperature flue gas inside the boiler, and achieving excellent heat transfer. The thermal efficiency of the condenser unit exceeds 90%. Microcomputer intelligent control optimizes ignition and automatically adjusts the combustion state, ensuring more complete combustion and fuel savings, with low Nox emissions to reduce pollution. An intelligent energy-saving control system manages the boiler and steam supply system, adjusting fuel supply based on different loads, further enhancing energy savings.
