The HEG series adjustable gap grinding pumps consist of 3 to 5 layers of rotors and stators. Each layer has a rotor and stator tooth gap ranging from coarse to fine, allowing particles of different sizes to smoothly enter the gear disc for sequential grinding, dispersion, refinement, and homogenization. The gap between the rotors and stators can be adjusted according to the particle size of the material or process technical requirements using an external handwheel, with an adjustment range of 0.03 to 8mm. Additionally, when the rotors or stators are worn, the gap can also be adjusted to maintain the set grinding effect, effectively reducing production costs.
This product is widely used in industries such as petrochemicals, fine chemicals, fiber adhesives, environmental protection, papermaking, and food.
