Operation Process: 1. The construction unit must install the hoist on a flat, sturdy foundation with good visibility, ensuring the机身 and ground anchor are securely fastened. The centerline of the hoist should be perpendicular to that of the guide pulley, and the distance between the hoist and the pulley should generally be no less than fifteen meters.
Before the assembly operation, inspect the wire rope, clutch, brake, safety ratchet, drive pulley, etc., to ensure safety and reliability before operation. The wire rope must be neatly arranged on the drum and retain three turns during the operation. No one is allowed to cross the wire rope of the opening and closing machine during the operation to prevent any accidents.
When lifting heavy objects that need to be held in the air, in addition to using the brake, the ratchet locking pin must also be engaged. It is strictly prohibited to leave your post during operation.
4. Employees must follow the signals of the command personnel. In case of unclear signals or potential accidents, operations should be suspended and resumed only after the situation is clarified. In the event of a sudden power outage during work, the circuit breaker should be immediately pulled, and the transported items should be placed down.
