Many customers provide feedback after purchasing fences during winter, mainly focusing on the discrepancy between the actual wire diameter of the fence mesh and what was specified in the contract. This discrepancy is observed where one end of the fence mesh meets or exceeds the required wire diameter, while the other end fails to meet the standard wire diameter. In some cases, the entire fence mesh does not meet the required wire diameter standards.
The principle of the plastic-coated fence is to heat the fence to a certain temperature, then remove it and immerse it in a pool of plastic powder. Through repeated shaking and leveling, the entire fence surface is coated with a layer of PE plastic powder. In winter, when the outdoor temperature is too low, the fence temperature near the furnace outlet does not reach the required level, while the temperature inside is completely sufficient. This results in uneven thickness during the plastic-coating process. Another completely non-compliant situation is primarily due to the furnace temperature not reaching the required level, which leads to the plastic-coated thickness of the fence not meeting the standards.
