Tianji boards are suitable for use as floor slabs in industrial and residential buildings that only bear vertical loads, including mezzanines and bridge deck panels. When used as exterior wall panels, they are appropriate for industrial buildings with heights not exceeding 30 meters and serve as non-load-bearing wall cladding mounted on steel or concrete structures.

The application environment for ceiling panels and floor slabs is categorized as Type I, suitable for industrial and civil buildings with non-corrosive media. Steel frame light-weight exterior panels are applicable to industrial buildings classified as Category 2b. Components in industrial and civil buildings with surface temperatures of less than or equal to 100 degrees.

Thin-Base Panels can be used for roof, floor, truss, exterior, interior, pier, and gutter applications. The typical thickness of Thin-Base Panels ranges from 80mm to 120mm, with the side rib height generally between 100mm and 350mm, which can be adjusted according to different loadings and single-panel spans.

The ceiling board thickness can also be achieved at 60mm, primarily used as loft interlayer floorboards, with a wide range of application cases. The dimensions can also be determined according to actual usage requirements, with the maximum single board span reaching 9 meters. Special board designs require collaboration between the manufacturer and the design institute.

1. Fire and Soundproofing: For roof panels that require翻过(furrow), the core material primarily consists of A-grade non-combustible materials with a fire resistance limit of no less than 2.0 hours; the average sound insulation level of 120mm thick lightweight core material is not less than 40dB.

2. Lightweight and High-Strength: The self-weight of the steel structure ceiling panel is 1/3 to 1/4 of traditional precast concrete panels. With the auxiliary reinforcement mesh or reinforced concrete connected to the steel frame, it enhances the load-bearing capacity per unit area under the same deflection conditions when compared to similar products.

3. Corrosion and Durability: The main material of the steel structure foundation board is inorganic, with the steel frame coated in rust and corrosion-resistant paint, offering resistance to erosion, freeze-thaw, and aging, ensuring a long lifespan of 50 years.

4. Thermal Insulation: The composite thermal insulation core material of the steel structure base panel offers excellent thermal insulation properties. It allows for the selection of insulation materials with the same thickness and thermal conductivity based on regional energy-saving design requirements, meeting the heat transfer coefficient requirements of local energy-saving regulations.

5. Wind and Snow Resistance: Designed with load-bearing capabilities, it resists negative wind pressure, is not afraid of snow accumulation, and avoids all the defects of color steel.

6. Seismic and Crack-Resistant: The steel structure base plate is securely welded to the main steel structure and between plates, ensuring excellent integrity and meeting the requirements of an 8-degree earthquake-proof intensity. The surface layer is reinforced with alkali-resistant glass fiber mesh cloth and polymer cement mortar, offering good crack resistance and waterproofing properties.

7. Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection: The production process emits no wastewater or waste gas, utilizes a large amount of waste materials, reduces on-site installation work and wet operations for insulation boards, causing no environmental impact. The material emits a sound with excellent thermal insulation properties during use, achieving energy-saving effects; post-use, its steel frame and core material are recyclable.
