The steel frame expanded stone lightweight board is composed of expanded stone core material and cement-based composite impermeable protective layer material, making it an inorganic energy-saving new material. It is mainly made up of steel frames, cold-drawn low-carbon steel wire mesh, and expanded stone core material. This lightweight board is not directly connected to the main structure, and its dimensions are not affected by the main structure. The steel frame expanded stone lightweight roof panel can be installed above the roof joists, while the steel frame expanded stone lightweight wall panel is mounted on the outside of the wall beam and connected to the joists (or wall beam), serving as a protective structure together. The boards feature light weight, load-bearing, thermal insulation, fireproofing, impermeability, heat insulation, and pressure relief properties.

The "High-Strength Lightweight Energy-Saving Insulating Material" utilizes a stone-forming agent technology for secondary expansion of cement perlite, and is further modified with composite polymer materials. This results in the new material having excellent strength while maintaining light weight and thermal insulation. Additionally, the material boasts good stability, resistance to aging, long service life, and non-combustibility, making it particularly suitable for lightweight load-bearing components.

"The 'Cement-based Composite Impermeable and Wear-Resistant Coating' is a functional coating that, compared to general materials, boasts higher bonding strength, wear resistance, and service life. This enhances the lightweight steel frame board's excellent impermeability, while also being beneficial for product protection."

The steel-framed lightweight expanded stoneboard is designed with a fresh approach to specifications, structure, and support systems, tailored to the characteristics of indoor sandwich engineering. It boasts innovative design, flexible usage, and easy installation. Manufacturers can also customize the boards to meet the requirements of different types of sandwich floors.

1. Excellent thermal insulation properties

A thermal insulation brick wall with a thickness of over 570mm can be used with lightweight foam concrete insulation panels, eliminating the need for an additional external foam insulation layer. Experiments show that in the cold northeastern regions, houses constructed with steel frame lightweight boards can maintain an indoor temperature of 8°C even when the outdoor temperature drops to -25°C without heating. This can significantly reduce energy costs for heating and cooling, making it an excellent choice for energy conservation.

2. Excellent fire-resistant properties

Sound insulation up to 45dB, fire resistance of over 2.5 hours. Withstanding over 25 freeze-thaw cycles, and all moisture resistance tests meet national standards.

3. Fast-paced construction

Installation is simple and convenient. Roof panels, truss panels, and floor panels are installed using suspended welding methods, which is up to 8 times faster than the traditional concrete casting method. Wall panels are assembled and welded, making them 5 times faster than brick walls, significantly reducing the construction timeline. Walls can be cut, nailed, drilled, and cut to any desired shape, allowing for flexible creation of architectural layouts.

4. Lightweight seismic-resistant, reducing the foundation load-bearing capacity

Compared to clay solid bricks, lightweight wall panels are three to four times lighter, and more than two to three times lighter than hollow block bricks. They address issues with large beams, columns, and deep foundations, and are suitable for both low-rise and high-rise buildings, as well as for construction in light geological areas and beaches. The panels are connected with excellent seismic performance, featuring lightweight walls that are less likely to collapse during an earthquake, thereby reducing the risk of injury to personnel.
