Stainless steel railing posts come in tube-shaped uprights, with the column body typically made of either ordinary square or round tubes, offering low-cost options. Flanged steel uprights, with plate-shaped columns, are further divided into single-steel plate and double-steel plate uprights, while triple-steel posts are quite rare. Due to the often high cost of steel uprights, there's also the distinction between hollow and solid plates. There are also irregular uprights with unconventional column shapes, such as those using shaped槽tubes as the column body, mainly used for railing balusters in floor-to-glass designs.
The advantages include convenience and quickness, effectively saving time and costs. Non-color stainless steel columns feature finishes like brushed, matte, and mirror, mainly distinguishing them from colored stainless steel columns. Titanium gold stainless steel columns are treated chemically to have a titanium gold plating on the metal surface, exuding luxury and commonly used in flat finishes, such as villas, hotels, and exhibition halls. For sprayed stainless steel columns, black spraying is common. Control measures for stainless steel composite tubes include spray process parameters; the injection pressure should match the diameter and length of the capillary tubes. This not only ensures strong sweeping and complete combustion but also prevents the incomplete combustion of oxide from being blown away from the capillary tube by the air flow.
The nozzle height should be adjusted according to the diameter of the capillary to ensure proper alignment. After prolonged use, the nozzle should be removed and cleaned. The blowing time should be adjusted based on the direction and length of the capillary, with the standard being to expel metal oxides that are not suspended in the capillary. Poor lubrication of the mandrel or if the lubricant temperature is too low can lead to internal scaling. To increase the mandrel temperature, cooling water can only be used for one cooling cycle.
