Manual Operation Procedure for Dual-Purpose Flashlight Shutter Machine

1. Inspect the dual-purpose switchgear's power distribution equipment, close the main switch of the switchgear power supply, and immediately activate the backup power supply when the power grid is cut off, performing the power switch as required.

2. Inspect the three-phase power supply for phase loss and ensure the voltage meets the requirements.

3. Turn on the power switch inside the switch box, check the power indicator, and open and close the gates in order. The opening and closing operation should be consistent with the indicated direction.

4. In the event of issues such as difficulty in opening or closing gates, heavy loads, overloading of the opening/closing machine, stalling, or unusual noises from the gates or opening/closing machines, it is imperative to stop immediately and inspect to eliminate any malfunctions.

When stopping at a certain altitude and encountering a brake slip, emergency measures should be taken to force the brake to engage.

6. During the operation of the two-in-one flashlight shutter machine, after every 20m increase in lifting height, the oil level on the lubrication parts such as bearing bushes and shaft sleeves should be tightened and refilled with oil once.

7. In case of an unexpected halt, shut off the power first, identify the cause, rectify the fault, and then resume operation.

When the gate is in the open position, it is prohibited to adjust the braking equipment or loosen the fixed screws.
