Hoist-type gate installation and trial operation:

Upon arrival at the construction site, the winch-type shuttering equipment should be inspected in accordance with the relevant provisions of DL/T5019-94 "Code for Manufacturing, Installation and Acceptance of Shuttering Mechanisms for Water Conservancy and Hydropower Engineering" (hereinafter referred to as "DL/T5019"). Only after passing the inspection can installation proceed.

Ensure the foundation bolt embedding position is checked, with the bolt depth and exposed length being accurate.

Ensure that the elevation of the opening and closing machine platform is checked, with deviations not exceeding ±5mm, and horizontal deviations not exceeding 0.5/1000.

The installation of the hoist should be aligned according to the lifting center, with the longitudinal and transverse centerline deviations not exceeding ±3.0mm.

The length of wire rope coiled on the drum should have at least 4 turns left on the drum when the hoisting point is at the lower limit position. When the hoisting point is at the upper limit, the wire rope must not wrap around the bare drum section.

Six, the lifting distance error of the double-point hoisting machine should not exceed ±3.0mm; after the wire rope is tightened, the centerlines of the two lifting shafts should be on the same horizontal level, with a height difference not exceeding 5.0mm within the hole opening.

Section 7: The installation of electrical equipment for hoist and shutter devices should comply with the relevant provisions of SD315-93 "General Technical Conditions for Fixed Hoist Shutter Machines."

Prior to energizing tests of electrical equipment, all connections must be carefully inspected and should comply with the drawing specifications. The insulation resistance of the entire circuit must be greater than 0.5MΩ before beginning the energizing test. During the test, the temperature rise of each motor and electrical component should not exceed their respective allowable values. The test should utilize the electrical equipment of the machine itself. If there is any burning on contacts or other components during the test, the cause should be identified and the parts replaced.

Nine: The full travel test of the hoist should be raised and lowered three times under no-load conditions.
