Flame arresters for gas pipelines are installed on fixed-roof storage tanks for crude oil, gasoline, kerosene, diesel, aromatics, sulfur, and various other chemical materials. They are commonly used in conjunction with mechanical breathers, primarily allowing flammable gases to pass through while preventing flames from entering the tank from the outside. Typically installed on tanks and pipelines handling flammable and explosive gases, they serve as safety devices to prevent the ignition of flammable gases and liquids, as well as backfires, to avoid dangerous accidents. They can also be used in flare systems, heating combustion systems, oil gas recovery systems, or other flammable gas systems.
Performance Parameters:
1. Utilizing four fire-retardant plates, compared to the standard pipe fire arrester, which has only two.
2. Explosion-proof performance meets requirements, with 13 consecutive explosion-proof tests successfully extinguishing the flames each time.
3. Meets the burn resistance requirement; no tempering occurred during the 1-hour burn test.
4. Shell hydrostatic test passed. Reasonable structure, lightweight, and corrosion-resistant. Easy to maintain and install. The fire arrester core is made of stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean.
III. Product Features:
1. The FWL gas pipeline flame arrester features a rational structure, light weight, corrosion resistance, easy maintenance, and convenient installation.
2. The fire-retardant layer is made of stainless steel, corrosion-resistant and easy to clean.
3. Valve Body Material: Aluminum Alloy, Cast Steel, Stainless Steel.
4. Working Pressure: 0.6-6.4 MPA.
5. Operating Temperature: -20℃ to 550℃, Valve Port Size: DN15 to DN500.
6. Connection Type: Flange.
7. Applicable Media: Oils, gases, natural gas, and gas fuels, etc.
