Rubber soft joints are made without recycled rubber, using natural and chloroprene composite rubber. They can withstand water, steam, weak acids and alkalis, eliminating sweating on the sphere, extending service life to 5-10 years. The rubber and auxiliary materials are all quality-assured products, with the sphere free of odors and aging resistance five times that of engineering rubber joint spheres. Molding is done by an automatic molding machine, using solid winding method, with high-pressure resistance, test pressure up to 50 kg, and tensile strength three times that of hand-formed joints. The rubber soft joint leverages the elasticity, weather resistance, high airtightness, chemical resistance, and radiation resistance of rubber. After being compounded with high-strength, cold and hot stable polyester canvas, it is vulcanized under high pressure using a high-precision mold, resulting in a smooth and fine rubber surface, quality that is evident. The inner diameter is standardized, covering basic engineering fields such as chemicals, construction, water supply, drainage, oil, food, machinery, refrigeration, sanitation, plumbing, fire protection, environmental protection, coastal, and electricity. Particularly suitable for pipelines with significant vibration and frequent changes in temperature and humidity.
