As environmental concerns grow, coal-fired boilers are being gradually replaced by oil and gas boilers. With the expansion of the oil and gas boiler market, people's attention is shifting to these alternatives. Due to the complexity and novelty of oil and gas boilers, many are unaware of the matching issues between the boilers and their burners. Choosing too small a size limits the boiler's operational capacity, while choosing too large a size leads to waste of fuel. So, how to select the appropriate gas boiler based on the boiler's power and your actual needs:
The choice of manufacturers and brands, burners are primarily imported or domestic models. Imported burners are characterized by mature technology, high precision, environmental friendliness, good quality (high reliability, stable systems), but they also come with a higher price tag. Domestic burners have immature systems, poor stability, and low thermal efficiency, but they are more affordable. Current leading brands of imported burners include: Italy's Lavor, Italy's Baxi, the U.S.'s McQuay, Germany's Viessmann, the U.K.'s LVI, and Finland's Oy Lohja. Domestic burner brands include: Zhejiang Baiter, Oraita, Shanghai Lingyun, Huazhi Bang, and more. We generally recommend selecting imported burners: primarily considering factors such as stability and reliability.
Fuel Selection: Burners are primarily categorized based on the type of fuel they burn:
Fuel Series: Light oil like the Liao Lu REG series, heavy oil like the Liao Lu RN series.
2. Gas Series: Single flame like the Liru GAS series; double flame like the Liru RS/M series.
3. Dual Fuel (Oil & Gas) Series: including the Liru RLS series, ENNW/EMMW series;
Users can make a choice based on their own economic conditions and fuel supply availability.
Model Selection: The method for choosing the model primarily involves selecting the burner's thermal power based on the boiler's thermal power.
