It is a comprehensive research and service enterprise specializing in the production of steel-clad steel steam insulation pipes, polyurethane pre-fabricated buried insulation pipes, spray-wound pre-insulated pipes, galvanized steel plate suspended insulation pipes, PERT-Ⅱ insulation pipes, insulation pipe fittings, and joint installation.

The company boasts robust production capabilities, currently operating 5 polyurethane spray and polyethylene缠绕 pre-insulated pipeline production lines, capable of producing over 3,000km of polyurethane spray and polyethylene缠绕 pre-insulated pipeline with diameters ranging from DN500mm to DN1600mm annually. We have 20 automatic steel casing pre-insulated steam pipeline wrapping machines, 8 fully automatic pipe threading machines, 3 CNC longitudinal cutting machines, 2 pipe fitting welding machines, 2 CNC plasma cutting machines, 10 external clamp bevel cutting machines, and a team of 12 argon arc welders. We also possess 10 high-density polyethylene outer sheath production lines, which can extrude pipes up to φ2000mm in diameter. These lines utilize single-screw extruders, vacuum sizing, corona treatment, spray cooling, and automatic cutting technologies, enabling an annual production of 30,000 tons of various high-density polyethylene outer sheaths with diameters ranging from φ90mm to φ2000mm. We have 6 polyurethane pre-insulated pipeline production lines, equipped with 3 PU600 high-pressure foaming machines, and can produce 5,000km of insulation pipes with diameters from DN20mm to DN1600mm. Additionally, we have 3 pre-insulated overhead polyurethane pipeline production lines, capable of producing 2,000km of overhead polyurethane insulation pipes with diameters ranging from DN25mm to DN1400mm annually. The company has production bases in Hebei, Inner Mongolia, Tianjin, Liaoning, and Shanxi, with a total area of over 500 acres. Our products are distributed in over 20 regions including China, Mongolia, Russia, the Middle East, South Africa, and are mainly used for high-temperature steam transportation, centralized heating, and cooling.
